Join Yangarra’s winemaker Peter Fraser to celebrate the launch of the new wine releases from Yangarra Estate Vineyard.

Together with Bistro Dom we invite you to enjoy a night of taste sensations, meticulously matched to Yangarra Wines:

House cured kingfish, fermented kohlrabi, lardo & roasted shallot
2012 Yangarra Roussane
Seared Kangaroo with garlic cream and wild radish
2012 Yangarra Mourvedre
Glazed belly of lamb with dehydrated root vegetables
2010 Yangarra Shiraz
Suckling pig, apple with salt & vinegar potatoes
2010 Yangarra High Sands Grenache

On arrival guests will enjoy a tasting through the Yangarra Range including the exclusive opportunity to try our new pre-release wines – 2011 Whole Bunch Shiraz and 2013 PF Shiraz (preservative free).

Join us at Yangarra Estate Vineyard for McLaren Vale's famous wine weekend, the Sea and Vines festival.

This year we're teaming up with Adelaide's hottest restaurant (according to the Australian Hot 50 restaurant awards!) - Press* food and wine, who will be cooking an incredible four-course lunch for our guests:

citrus-cured kingfish, coriander, radish
roasted pork bun, kewpie
6-hour braised beef brisket, mac & cheese
vanilla bavarois, bitter chocolate sauce, praline

Yangarra's wines will be available to purchase by the glass or bottle on the day.

Ours is a full day-long event, with a relaxed atmosphere, fantastic food, great wines and acoustic tunes by live band Sons of Martha.
