Glazed & Aged: Yangarra Grenache x Shadow Baking

Aged & Glazed is a curated tasting experience presented by Yangarra Estate Vineyard as part of the Grenache & Gourmet Festival in September.

Guests are invited to explore a vertical flight of Yangarra Old Vine Grenache, featuring the newly released 2024 vintage alongside two aged-release wines drawn from the estate's cellar. The flight is thoughtfully paired with a bespoke pastry creation, crafted by new local patisserie Shadow Baking, founded by 3 Messina head Chef's.

Set within the Yangarra cellar door, it's a delicious deep-dive into Yangarra's flagship variety, where elegant wines meet buttery pastry in the most unforgettable way.

This experience is available on Friday, 19th September to celebrate International Grenache Day, and during the weekends of the Grenache and Gourmet festival.
