Over two long lunches in August, acclaimed South Australian chef’s Kane Pollard (PLACE Dining) and Karena Armstrong (The Salopian Inn) will each present a bespoke menu that highlights sustainably sourced, seasonal produce and wild alternative meats – including wild boar, venison and kangaroo – curated in partnership with Australian Meats. Â
