Our Piquepoul Blanc thrives in the Mediterranean climate of our elevated single vineyard estate in McLaren Vale. Planted in 2015, this ancient French variety is known for its delicate fragrance, minerality, and naturally refreshing acidity. With notes of lemon and a hint of sea spray, this refreshing wine perfectly complements fresh oysters and coastal fare. Grown in deep sand and coastal sunshine, it’s the ideal companion to beachside dining.

The 2025 season was the driest on record for the region. These conditions produced very low yields, with small berries and high levels of concentration. A relatively warm February brought on a compact and rapid ripening period, with fruit moving through to maturity in a short timeframe. Despite the accelerated pace, the season has delivered wines with vibrant natural acidity and notable intensity, shaped by the combination of small berry size and the compressed harvest window.

Hand-picked 15th February from our small block of Piquepoul Blanc. Whole bunch pressed. Clear juice racked to stainless steel tank for cool fermentation. Only early free run used. Matured on lees with stirring in a mixture of stainless steel and ‘cocciopesto’ Amphorae for 4.5 months. Bottled July 2025. Certified Organic and Biodynamic.
