What happens if the vintage I have chosen is sold out?

We uphold our promise to send you the best and most exclusive wines we have to offer. If there are shortages we will be in contact.

My card had been charged, but no wine has been delivered

If your pack has not turned up two weeks after you card has been charged, then contact us at sales@yangarra.com or on (08) 8383 7459 and we will investigate.

My shipment has arrived, but it is damaged

It breaks our heart to see wine wasted... but if your pack arrives and it is damaged or you are unhappy with the state of it, please let us know straight away at sales@yangarra.com so that we can address it.

I am going to be away—can I pause my subscription?

You sure can! Log into your members portal to make changes at your convenience. Need help, simply email us at sales@yangarra.com and we will assist in any way we can.

Can I can cancel my membership?

Our memberships are for a minimum of 2 shipments. However, should your situation change and you need to cancel before you have received your 2 shipments, simply contact us on (08) 8383 7459 or via email at sales@yangarra.com. Outside of this, all commitments can be cancelled by contacting us.

My card has been charged, but I want to cancel my subscription

If your card has been charged and the wine has not yet left our winery we will always do our best to accommodate your cancellation. Unfortunately, if the wine has already left our winery, we are unable to cancel you order.

T&Cs

You must be over 18 years of age and reside in Australia to become a member of our Wine Club. 

By joining the Yangarra Wine Club you are agreeing to a financial commitment to receive two deliveries of wine annually, based on the membership type you commit to. You may cancel your membership at any time after the first two deliveries.

The Yangarra Wine Club is free to join and is for a rolling 12-month period from sign up.

Your nominated credit card will be charged a week prior to each shipment (April & September). You will be notified by email prior to update details or make changes.

We aim to dispatch your wine one week after your card has been charged. Deliveries are made via Australia Post and must be signed for by a person 18 years or older. Delivery is generally made within 7-10 business days.

Unless specified beforehand, wine will not be left unattended by Australia Post. A calling card will be left and you will need to collect your shipment from your local post office. Yangarra Estate Vineyard and Australia Post take no responsibility for wine requested to be left unattended.

By joining the Yangarra Wine Club, you are agreeing to receive communication from us. This may be in the form of email, post or telephone. 

Stock availability, wine prices and terms & conditions are subject to change at any time. Existing selections will automatically be rolled onto the next available. If shortages occur, you will be contacted by our team.
